THE CHALLENGE

To create an updated version of the vulnerable client mandatory training for the fincial planning and advice client facing colleagues. This needed to include the essential details and requirements of the policy, as well as the requirements for recording.

THE SOLUTION

I put the content through a round of instructional design, before using a mix of stock and custom graphics, and developing the content in the Adapt authoring tool.

I also created two short explainer animations as part of the content build, and downloadable takeaway handouts.
