Dental Care teaching resource 

THE CHALLENGE

The client had a dental program that they delivered to school kids aged 5-9. They needed a resource that could be used on PCs and tablets, either as a standalone learning resource or as a guided teaching aid for school teachers and trainers to use in real time. It needed to feature the team mascot, and if possible, to feature their dental expert, Kostas, as part of the content.

The client also wanted to feature a child as Sparry's voice. 

The content needed to be engaging and suit the different delivery formats.

THE SOLUTION

A media-rich, gamified, and visually striking interactive learning module. I developed a set of scripts and storyboards for the content, and worked with a graphic designer to bring the team mascot to life. The graphic designer created a set of short animations featuring how to brush your teeth and a set of illustrations for the mascot 'Sparry'. Stock graphics and the animation features in Storyline were utilised to bring everything together. Voiceover actors were used to bring the characters to life, along with a child voiceover actor to record the voice of 'Sparry'.

To this day, it is still one of my favourite projects.
