Modern Slavery in Construction elearning

THE CHALLENGE

To create an e-learning resource that would enable construction teams, personnel, and associated teams to be aware of the signs of modern slavery, and what to do if they suspect a person may be a victim of this crime.

THE SOLUTION

Working with the client's subject matter expert, I used my instructional design skills and developed the content and storyboard from the research and information supplied. This included an introductory animation and a set of scenario based challenges for the end user to be able to build their knowledge and put it into practice.

I worked with a graphic designer to create a bespoke look and feel that worked with the client's brand and the subject matter. The graphic designer also created the animation from the storyboard they were supplied.
